The Career Suite
How the job board and the four tools fit together
All of it free

The Support Human Career Suite
Every piece, in the order
you'd reach for it.
A rated job board and four free tools, spread across two sites. This is how they
connect. Understanding the system takes a few minutes, and then it mostly runs on
its own.
The whole route
Six steps.
Five tools.
Step five doesn't have one. I'll explain when we
get there.

01
Every CX role on the board has already been played. The
rating sits on the card with the flags I marked and why, and the salary line says
what the posting said — including when it said nothing.
Skips the part where you read forty listings to find four
worth considering.
02
Anything worth a second look goes into Research. Five
seconds a card, and it drags across to Applied, Interviewing, Offer — or Archive,
let's be honest.
The difference between "I applied to thirty jobs" and
knowing where thirty jobs are.
03
For the ones you can't read straight. Type in the company
and job title, work the card as you read the description, and it counts the flags
and gives you the verdict.
Every square carries the reasoning behind it. That's the
part that changes how you read the next one.
04
When it's down to two or three. The same squares as the
game, just as an interactive spreadsheet, a spreadsheet per job — and it flags where
the jobs match and where they part ways.
The comparison you can't hold in your head with three tabs
open.
05
Apply
Nothing. You're on your own here.
There's no tool for this step, because the tool would be a
lie. Writing the thing, sitting with the silence afterward, and deciding whether
following up on a Tuesday makes you look keen or desperate — that's the actual
job.
I'm sorry. It does end.
06
The one that isn't about job searching. Once you're in,
log the wins, the kudos and the numbers while they're fresh — thirty seconds an
entry, screenshots welcome.
In eleven months someone will ask what you accomplished
and you will absolutely blank.
One thing to expect
The tools live somewhere else, and they look
it.
Everything with a careersuite.supporthuman.cx
address opens on a different site, in a different typeface. That's on purpose —
they're apps, not articles, and a kanban board has no business pretending to be a
magazine page.
Same person made them, same rules apply: free and always will be, no ads,
nothing sold, nothing about you collected. Signing in is optional and only saves
and syncs your boards between laptop and phone — that's all it does, because
nothing is locked. The Career Suite also has a dark mode, which this site does
not (you're welcome).
Before you feel bad about it
You don't have to do all of this.
Six steps laid out in a row looks like a system you're now failing at. It isn't
one. Every piece works completely on its own — plenty of people only ever use the
job board, or only ever open Brag Board, and that's a perfectly good outcome.
Use whichever tools solve the thing annoying you today. Ignore the rest until you
need them.
All of it is free.
None of it is free to make.
The board, the four tools, the newsletter and the
library, funded by a day job and whoever feels like chipping in. No sponsors, no
ads, no paid placements.
