In this self paced course you will learn about The Community Roundtable’s Community Skills Framework™ to better understand the possible responsibilities of a community manager. (Estimated learning time is 19 minutes.)

By the end you’ll have an understanding of the five sections of the skills framework, how these skills show up in the daily activities of a community manager, and how you can audit yourself and your team using this framework.
